Why Strength & Conditioning?
Strength training has a bit of reputation of being only for those trained athletes and influencers who cover your insta feed with endless selfies of sculpted bodies and shredded abs. But this is a misconception that I am working hard to change, and I want you all to know that Strength & Conditioning is for EVERYONE.
So what are the benefits?

Something I hear all too often is "Strength & Conditioning sounds like too much for me". I'm here to tell you that it doesn't mean having to grab an olympic bar or chunky dumbbell, nor does it necessarily need to involve big weights. Instead, strength gains can be made through bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, suspension training, cable machines, or indeed freeweights and bars. We all have to start somewhere and building a foundation of functional strength is something we can all do.
